Osmo Wood Putty is a low odour polymer dispersion for filling cracks, joints and nail holes etc up to 2mm, on sanded timber flooring. It can be used universally on all wood species. It is not suitable for use on cork.
Osmo Wood Putty has a high filling power, is quick drying and has good sanding properties. It is a clear product which can be mixed with up to 15% sanding dust from the same type of timber being sanded. The ideal sawdust would be from 80-12 grit sanding. Drying time is approximately 30-60 minutes based on an ambient temperature of 23C and 50% humidity. Lower or higher temperatures or larger joints will increase the drying time.
The 5 litre container will cover approximately 50-75 square metres with one application. Clean up with soap and water.

Oils are heavy and expensive to transport around the country - especially across Cook Strait.
For the most efficient and quickest shipping, we use NZ Couriers which is an overnight delivery service throughout NZ (except rural). Freight charges on the web site are based on NZ Couriers pricing per package delivered to your door.
If you would prefer a cheaper freight option, we can use Castle Parcels for long haul and inter island deliveries. Delivery time is generally 3-4 business days. Please phone our office on 09 575 9849 for a Castle Parcels freight quote if you would prefer to use this service.
Orders can be collected from Natural Oils' warehouse at 218H Marua Road, Mt Wellington, Auckland. Warehouse hours are variable, but are generally 9:00am - 2:00pm weekdays. Please phone (09) 575 9849 before calling, to ensure the warehouse will be open when you wish to collect.
Goods are generally shipped to the buyer on same, or next business day via “Track and Trace” couriers. Courier costs are calculated on the weight, number of packages and destination of the order.
Orders are shipped from Auckland. Delivery is in most instances overnight. Rural deliveries will generally take an extra day. Where goods are shipped inter island, the seller cannot be held responsible for delays in transit over Cook Strait. Bad weather can delay ferry sailings and add 1 or 2 days to the normal delivery time.
Shortages, Damages or Loss in Transit
Liability for shortage in the quantity of goods delivered is limited to making up the shortage. Where the buyer believes there is a shortage in the quantity of product delivered, the buyer must notify Natural Oils Ltd of any such claim within 7 days of delivery, and must provide Natural Oils Ltd with a reasonable opportunity to investigate that claim.
Goods leaving Natural Oils' premises are adequately packed. Any loss or damage in transit must be notiified to Natural Oils Ltd who will then lodge a claim against the carrier in the prescribed manner.
No damage claims will be considered after 7 days of receipt of goods.
