Shipping rates & Delivery estimate
Freight charges on this website are based on the weight per package and your location. This will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Delivery will be by carrier of our choice. This may include but is not limited to; Post haste, Castle Parcels or New Zealand Couriers.
Delays can occasionally occur through the carrier and are out of our control.
Dispatch and Collection of Orders
Our distribution centre is located at the Osmo New Zealand 2025 Limited warehouse – 362 Cashel St, Christchurch.
This warehouse is closed to the public and orders cannot be collected from this address.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
All items sent by Natural Oils are trackable. We can provide this information upon request once your order has been processed.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Natural Oils is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order beyond GST. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Natural Oils is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International & P.O. boxes
We do not currently ship Internationally or to PO box addresses.
Liability for shortage in the quantity of goods delivered is limited to making up the shortage. Where the buyer believes there is a shortage in the quantity of product delivered, the buyer must notify Osmo New Zealand 2025 Ltd of any such claim within 7 days of delivery, and must provide Osmo New Zealand 2025 Ltd with a reasonable opportunity to investigate that claim.
Goods leaving Osmo New Zealand 2025 Ltd premises are adequately packed. Any loss or damage in transit must be notified to Osmo New Zealand 2025 Ltd who will then lodge a claim against the carrier in the prescribed manner.
No damage claims will be considered after 7 days of receipt of goods.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns will not be accepted for any product which has been damaged, opened, used, custom tinted or special ordered.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied at our discretion.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Or
You may choose to exchange the item for an alternative of equal or lesser value. No credit shall be issued for an exchange to a product of lesser value. If the exchange is of higher value, the difference will be deemed payable by you.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if charges are incurred by us.
Orders submitted and paid for may be cancelled without penalty up to the point of dispatch from our warehouse.
If payment has been made for the order, this will be refunded to the credit card or bank account used to pay.
If the order has already been shipped, the customer may elect to return the goods in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy

The information we collect
We do not collect personally identifiable information about you when you visit this site, unless you choose to give it to us by completing an online form, order or registering for our newsletter. Osmo New Zealand 2025 Ltd will guarantee any Osmo product against defective manufacture. Such guarantee will be to the value of the product as supplied.
Osmo New Zealand 2025 Ltd is the importer and distributor of Osmo products within New Zealand. As such, the application of Osmo products is outside of the control of the importer. Osmo New Zealand 2025 Ltd is unable to provide a product guarantee against any issue resulting from the application of the Osmo product, the quality of the workmanship or the substrate the Osmo product is applied to.
